Considering of pluvial flooding as disaster for precautionary measures of civil protection and whole crisis management system
The measure aims at preventing disastrous consequences of heavy rainfall events as one of many different possible crisis situations. On all levels of administration there should be clarity about the responsibilities of state services, including mutual information and warning.
