Holding stocks of sandbags, boards, lids and flaps

Relevant building openings can be protected against the entry of water by sandbags, boards or sandbag replacement systems, or secured additionally by lids and flaps. The measure requires some time to be operational – which is not available everywhere when heavy rainfall occurs. Additionally it requires training.

Sewerage water lifting units

A sewage lifting unit basically consists of a collecting tank and a pump. The waste water flows to the collecting tank via a basic pipe and from there is lifted above the backwater level by the pump and transported further to the sewage system.
