Történetünk ALSÓ SZILÁZIÁBAN, LENGYELORSZÁGBAN

Lengyelországban a Meteorológiai és Vízgazdálkodási Intézet – Nemzeti Kutatóintézet társult partnereivel (Területi Fejlesztési Intézet és a Lengyel Vizek Wrocław-ban) támogatták a RAINMAN projektet a kockázati térképek módszertanának tesztelésében és kidolgozásában (kitettség hirtelen áradásnak és kitettség a talaj víz által előidézett eróziójának); a bevált gyakorlatok elemzésében a heves esőzé sek kockázatának csökkentése érdekében; és a visszatartási koncepcióhoz történő hozzájárulás, a helyesbítő intézkedések katalógusának és a cselekvési terveknek, valamint a területi tervezés terén a cselekvési terveknek a kidolgozásában. A területen belül az érdeklődő iskolák körében végzett felmérés során összegyűjtött adatok alapján interak tív leckéket dolgoztak ki iskolai műhelymunkákhoz történő felhasználásra. Továbbá együttműködés valósult meg helyi, regionális és nemzetközi szinten is a klímaváltozással és a szélsőséges jelenségekkel - különösen a heves esőzésekkel - kapcsolatos tudatosság növelése érdekében.
